To consider – What updates do Councillors want or shall the council accept it “as is”? How might any survey be publicised and distributed?
- Dog waste bin at the Sports Field
WDBC confirms collections will start W/C 7.4.25

The existing defibrillator case is broken.

- Public toilets
The council has received reports that DNPA might be re-opening the public toilets.
To receive an update and consider what support the council might be able to give.

a. For the council to agree a formal response to the following application:
0084/25 – Cornerways, Silver Street, EX20 4AQ. Change of use from agricultural land to domestic curtilage and erection of garage.
b. For the council to note the following decision:
0088/25/TPO – Moor View House EX20 4BB. Refusal of tree works to 6 sycamore trees.
