Public toilets (standing item)

To formally adopt new cleaning regime – toilets to be cleaned once daily throughout the season, reducing the cost from £3810 to £3386.

Playground (new standing item)

To register routine safety checks

Lydford Lengthsman

To resolve that a Lengthsman be employed for no more than 6 days at a daily rate of £150, with dates to be decided as needed.

ROSPA Inspection

To consider the findings of the recent inspection of the Playground equipment

May meeting and Annual Meeting to be held Tuesday 4^th May due to the termination of remote meeting legislation on 6^th May.
