- Co-option of a Councillor to fill vacancy following the resignation of Councillor Skeaping

• Feedback from working group discussions on any future working agreement between the council and the Trustees of the Sports Field for the maintenance, repair and operation of the Playground.
Council to consider outcomes and make any resolution on agreements as required.

- Budget 2025-26
a) Councillors to approve budget of £9,342 as amended following December’s meeting.
b) Councillors to approve precept of £10,158 for the year 2025-26, representing a real increase of 2.5%. Change in the tax base for Lydford means that the cost to home owners is actually reduced by 1.9% compared to 2024-25.
