To receive feedback from Cllr L Lenton on procedure for the loan of a camera from WDBC for the use of residents who are interested in improving the thermal efficiency of their properties.

Update on request for DNPA Members to reconsider plans to charge for parking at Lydford.

Update on the status of the identified repairs.

  1. Neighbourhood Watch – Lydford

To discuss – and nominate if agreed – a Neighbourhood Watch Champion to provide a link with the Neighbourhood Watch group.

  1. Streaming of public meetings of the council

To consider the proposal made at December’s meeting that parish council meetings be live streamed to inform those who cannot attend in person.

It is recommended that in accordance with S.100A of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended, matters relating to the possible co-option of a Councillor, and to the proposed purchase by Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust of land adjoining the Primary School be taken in the absence of press and public on the grounds that exempt information within the meaning of Part 1 Paragraph 5 to Schedule 12A of the 1972 Act (as amended) will be discussed, namely information relating to an individual, and information possibly relating to the business affairs of any particular person.
