To resolve to site VAS on A386 by Dartmoor Inn

  • Speed limit through the village

To revisit the question of seeking the setting of a 20mph speed limit through the village following DCC review.

  • Public toilets (standing item)
  • To consider possible improvements to the public toilets which might be made possible through grant funding
  • To consider parishioner’s request for signage directing users of route 27 to toilets
  • Public seating in the village

To resolve repair / replacement of existing Home Guard seat by War Memorial.

  2. To review and ratify steps taken to date to open Unity Trust Bank account and transfer funds from existing bankers (TSB)
  3. To resolve to provide access rights for councilors to view Unity Trust account.
  4. To agree as appropriate extra signatories to authorize council payments.
  5. To resolve to adopt a new Statement of Internal Control in light of changes to banking arrangements.
